We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Guy Called Rabbit. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the product without giving any reason. The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.
You can return the goods by:

Shipping them to our atelier at Carrer de Joan d’Austria 116 – 3/1, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. You will bear the direct cost of return shipping, unless the goods are defective or delivered in error.

Handing them over in person at our atelier during business hours. Please contact us at whiterabbitibiza@gmail.com to schedule an appointment.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please:

Send a written communication to whiterabbitibiza@gmail.com with your order number, date of receipt, and reason for return (optional).
We will provide return instructions upon receiving your request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for return due to legal exceptions (e.g., personalized or custom-made products). We will inform you if this applies to your case.
